Vibration Analysis & Precision Balancing

1. Birclar's state of the art equipment coupled with Vibration Institute Certified supervision ensure quality diagnosis and repair of even the toughest problems
2. All repairs meet or exceed GM V1 Vibration specifications
3. Precision balancing up to 25,000 pounds and testing to 10,000 rpm

Armature, Field, Coil, and Stator Winding

1. Expert rewinding of AC and DC motors to 5,000 HP
2. High voltage repair and testing to 4,800 volts
3. We manufacture coils in house with our high speed automated Samatic winding machine.

Field Service

1. Motor and generator cleaning on site.
